We charge a design fee (typically $250 - $1200) to begin the planning phases of your project. We charge a construction deposit fee to schedule your project, finalize materials, and form a commitment to cost and timeline. We charge for materials before ordering. We also charge for weekly progress on large projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

We offer a free in-home consultation where we discuss the project, take pertinent information down, and can give a verbal estimate. To get an accurate quote, we step into our design and planning phase where we fully piece together the scope of work and material types to be able to give a confident price.

Every project is different with the scope of work and materials used, so it is a broad range to say how much it costs. A typical bathroom remodel ranges from $25,000-$75,000. A typical kitchen remodel ranges from $55,000-$120,000. There is no ceiling to cost. Large projects and high end fixtures can cause the price to exceed these limits. We price every project based on the unique costs, not averages.

No, after your construction deposit is paid we begin working diligently, coordinating with vendors, our preferred tradesman, and you to ensure your project timeline and estimate is accurate and not exceeded. The construction deposit is intended to compensate for detailed work that goes into industry leading planning that eliminates scope creep that is so prevalent with other construction companies. Your estimate will become a quote that we intend to stand by, barring additional work that you add or is unseen within your walls/floors.
